The Medical Assistant Fast-Track Diploma program is designed to train students as medical assistants in order to work alongside medical professionals in providing care and helping improve patients’ quality of life. By receiving medical assistant training, students will have the necessary entry-level skills needed for a career which blends ensuring that patients receive the best possible care with the administrative side of health care.
In the medical assistant program students will receive extensive and comprehensive training in various topics such as the role of the health provider, patient care and wellness, specimen collection, laboratory procedures, records management, medical coding, insurance billing, and general medical management responsibilities.

Medical Assistant graduates will enter into a very encouraging job market. The Bureau of Labor Statistics reports that hiring should increase by 31% through 2020, a rate much faster than the average for medical assistants.
